Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 21 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for movement to appear in the tracking system, as updates are not always immediate.
Important: Order and shipping updates are communicated exclusively by email to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is accurate and that you check your inbox regularly, including your junk, spam, and promotions folders, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered. K9Clean is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect email addresses or email filtering.
Subscription Order Shipments
if you are enrolled in a K9Clean subscription, your refill order will be automatically dispatched every 28 days from your previous order date. You will receive an email confirmation ahead each dispatch. The same delivery timeframes and tracking processes described above apply to subscription shipments.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
K9Clean ships internationally. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and local carrier handling. Estimated delivery times for international orders are provided at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country are your responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. K9Clean cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
