Your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains your options if you are not happy with your K9Clean purchase.
30-Day Results Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you have used K9Clean as directed and are not satisfied with your results after 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund, covering up to 5 tubs of our powder.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
• Have used the product for a full 30 days following the instructions provided in the K9Clean Ultimate Guide or on our product page.
• Submit a written account of your experience, describing your usage from your first cycle to the end of the 30-day period.
• Contact us at support@k9clean.shop with your order number and written account before the 30-day period expires.
The guarantee covers up to 5 tubs per household and applies to one refund per customer. If you are considering a large initial order, we recommend starting with a smaller quantity to ensure the product works for your needs before purchasing in bulk.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. Please inspect your order before opening any sealed packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@k9clean.shop with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and issue a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
Shipping Delays
We do not issue refunds for shipping delays, as these are outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All refunds are issued in USD. Any fees associated with foreign currency conversion are the responsibility of the customer.
